Retrouvé’s founders, Jami and Klaus Heidegger made their first mark in the skincare world with Kiehl's Since 1851, taking over the business from Jami's father in 1988. They transformed Kiehl’s into a cult beauty brand which ultimately led to the company's sale in 2001 to L'Oreal. As part of their next chapter, the pair founded Retrouvé with the goal of creating a unisex skincare line without compromise in quality, price, or effectiveness.
With her previous digital advertising and animation experience, Rachel was brought on to create a new visual digital advertising language for the brand.
